Protein Cake
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chocolate SPORT Protein
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. avocado
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. stevia
- 6 oz jar of prune baby food
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture slowly and mix until blended.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
