Protein Banana Bread
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1/2 c. banana SPORT protein
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. egg whites
- 3 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4-6 dates
- 1 handful walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour the batter in a bread muffin pan.
- Bake at 335 degrees for about 45-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
