Quick Protein Puffs
Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop chocalate peanut butter SPORT protein
- 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
- 2 tbs coconut milk
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 packet Stevia.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a mug.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes in the microwave or until the liquid is absorbed by the oats.
- Top with natural is peanut butter and agave.
- Enjoy!!!!
