Chocolate Protein Birthday Cake
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chocolate SPORT 100% Whey Protein
- 1 can canned adzuki beans
- 2 medium cooked beets
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. egg whites
- 1/2 c. goji berries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs. toffee drops (Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia)
Directions
- Blend everything together.
- Bake at 320 F in a around 9″ cake pan for about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Melt dark chocolate onto the top as desired.
- Enjoy!
