No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 c. oats (optional:ground in blender or food processor until desired texture)
- 1 c. vanilla SPORT protein
- 1 c. Rice chex cereal
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
- 1/4 c. coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1-2 tbsp. water
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cereal and chia seeds.
- In a small bowl, combine the peanut better, milk and honey.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave 15-30 seconds more.
- Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Use parchment paper to press the mixture into an 8×8 pan.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
