Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Makes about 24 balls
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla SPORT 100% Whey Protein
- 1 1/4 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
- 1/2 c. ground flax seeds
- 1 tbs. cia seeds
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries (optional)
- 3 tbs. toasted coconut shavings (optional)
Directions
- Combine the protein, oats, (coconut), flax and chia seeds in a bowl.
- Mix in the honey, (cranberries) and peanut butter to the mixture.
- Put the bowl into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll into balls.
- Chill and Enjoy!
