Protein Pumpkin Dough Bites
Makes about 16 balls
Ingredients
- 2 scoops SPORT 100% Whey Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 c. Libby’s Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 c. melted natural peanut butter
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 2 tbs. ground flaxseed
- 2 tbs. chia seed
- 1/4 c. chopped cashews
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Blend the cashews and oats in the blender until they’re a fine powder.
- Combine and stir pumpkin puree, maple syrup and peanut butter.
- Add oats, cashews, protein powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds and pumpkin pie spice to the mix.
- Roll into 16 small balls.
- Enjoy!
