Pumpkin Pie Protein Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 tbs. Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop SPORT 100% Whey Protein – Cinnamon Flavor
- 1 tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbs. coconut butter
- Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg
- 1 tbs. Syrup (Walden Farms has a Calorie-Free pancake syrup)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Line a 8×8 pan with plastic wrap.
- Pour the mixture into pan and press.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
- Enjoy!
