Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. SPORT 100% whey chocolate protein powder
- 1 3/4 c. almond flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. ground flax seed
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Stevia
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. almond milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a bowl, mix almond meal, SPORT protein, cocoa powder, flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, mix butter with stevia until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour mixture and beat until combined, than add almond milk.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tins and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
